Balo Raja, the minister of urban affairs, land management, and civil aviation for Arunachal Pradesh, emphasized the urgent need to finish the remaining portion of the 132 KV transmission line between Palin in Kra-Daadi and Yachuli in Keyi Panyor district. He cited the line’s vital role in providing the area with reliable, high-quality grid power. Raja, who is also the local MLA from Palin, chaired a high-level meeting with stakeholders at the civil secretariat here. He emphasized that although tower networks and power substations have already been finished in other areas of the Kra-Daadi district, the unfinished portion still acts as a bottleneck, preventing the system from operating at its full capacity.

According to an official statement, Raja gave Keyi Panyor deputy commissioner Sweta Nagarkoti a week to coordinate with the local MLA and other stakeholders to settle ongoing conflicts, especially in the Talo area. In order to prevent more delays, he also requested that the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) hasten the implementation and erection of towers in locations where there are no local or legal concerns.
