
New Delhi, Copper futures prices on Monday rose 0.16 per cent to Rs 885.65 per kg on increased spot demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for September delivery rose by Rs 1.45, or 0.16 per cent, to Rs 885.65 per kg in a business turnover of 1,206 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
