health camp (2)

As part of the nationwide Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan effort, a free health camp was held at the Health & Wellness Centre in Alinye, benefitting more than 80 locals of the Dibang Valley area in Arunachal Pradesh. NCD screening, laboratory testing, counseling, AYUSH therapies, dental care, expert consultations, RBSK screening, ANC check-ups, and vaccinations were among the basic medical services offered by the camp. In order to improve their access to reasonably priced, high-quality healthcare, beneficiaries also received assistance under major health insurance programs like CMAAY and PMJAY.

Mopi Mihu, the state minister’s advisor for tourism, civil aviation, geology, and mining, launched the program in front of Theko Tayu, the chairperson of the Zilla Parishad, Deputy Commissioner Bekir Nyorak, District Medical Officer Hankham Tangjang, Community Officer Dindie Hibu, and District Transport Officer Lamwang Aran. Dignitaries promoted awareness of accessible, inclusive, and preventive healthcare by visiting health kiosks, interacting with medical professionals, and observing the wide range of services offered.
