An eviction operation targeting stray animals and cattle was executed here and along NH 415 on Tuesday, in collaboration with the Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC), local police, and the market welfare committee.
During this operation, which took place under the supervision of the Banderdewa CO-cum-executive magistrate, IMC officials successfully captured and auctioned a total of 20 cattle, adhering to established procedures.
The IMC ward members stated that the purpose of the operation was to maintain cleanliness in Banderdewa, and they urged all residents to secure their cattle in safe locations as a precautionary measure to prevent accidents on the highway.
