On Monday evening, a landslide at Niti Vihar in Itanagar resulted in the deaths of four individuals and injuries to three others when a guard wall collapsed. The deceased were identified as Choki Tasar, Godak Raja, Godak Tabin, and Ratan Barman, according to police reports. The incident occurred while seven construction workers were on-site. In response, personnel from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), the Itanagar Capital Region district administration, and local police conducted a rescue operation. The injured were promptly transported to the hospital, although their identities have not yet been confirmed.
