The Itanagar Capital Police have launched a market raid against counterfeit goods following a complaint from Alfa Intelligence Service Pvt Ltd., which discovered fake Harpic toilet cleaner products being sold in shops. The police team, led by SDPO Kengo Durchi, seized a significant quantity of counterfeit Harpic bottles in various sizes. A case has been registered under Copyright Act, 1957, and Trade Marks Act, 1999. The investigation is entrusted to SI Randhir Kumar Jha for further legal proceedings.
