The Arunachal Pradesh Police arrested Khyoda Tama (24) and Bamang Raju (29) after seizing heroin worth Rs 3.3 lakh in Nirjuli near Itanagar. The arrests occurred during an interception of a vehicle based on a tip-off, where 31 vials of heroin weighing approximately 40 gm were found. A case has been filed under the NDPS Act, and further investigation is ongoing.
