Mission APSSB 2026: MLA Ninong Ering Launches Intensive Coaching for Pasighat Youths

In a major boost for career prospects in East Siang, the “Mission APSSB 2026” initiative was officially launched this Tuesday. Sponsored by Pasighat West MLA Ninong Ering, the program aims to provide local youths with a competitive edge in securing government service positions. By providing professional coaching and physical training, the mission seeks to transform the aspirations of over a hundred candidates into professional success stories.

The launch of “Mission APSSB 2026” marks the beginning of an intensive preparation journey for 140 selected aspirants from the Pasighat West constituency. These candidates, who were handpicked for the program, are set to undergo a rigorous training schedule designed to meet the specific requirements of the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board examinations.

The curriculum for the mission is multifaceted, featuring a 45-day academic crash course to sharpen the candidates’ knowledge and examination techniques. Recognizing the importance of the physical endurance rounds often required for state service roles, the program also includes a dedicated month of physical training. This holistic approach ensures that students are prepared for every stage of the recruitment process.

To ensure the best possible guidance, the selected students have been distributed across premier coaching hubs. Currently, 100 aspirants have commenced their classes at an institute in Pasighat, while the remaining 40 students have been enrolled in a specialized coaching center in Itanagar. This strategic placement allows students to access high-quality resources and expert mentorship provided through the MLA’s sponsorship.

MLA Ninong Ering is no stranger to such philanthropic educational efforts. Since 2019, he has consistently supported coaching and scholarship programs for a range of competitive exams, including the UPSC, the APCS, and the APSSB. Over the last several years, these initiatives have led to a visible increase in the induction of local youths into various government departments, creating a positive ripple effect throughout the community.

As the 140 candidates begin their intensive training, “Mission APSSB 2026” stands as a testament to the power of targeted educational support. For the youths of Pasighat West, this mission represents more than just a coaching class—it is a vital stepping stone toward a secure and impactful career in public service.
