Siemens Limited has launched the 14th edition of its Siemens Scholarship Program, inviting applications from meritorious first-year engineering students from government engineering colleges across India.The programme aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students who lack adequate economic resources while supporting their holistic development and preparing them for careers in engineering, research and development and manufacturing. Based on the German Dual Education model, the initiative combines academic learning with exposure to industry practices and dynamics.

The scholarship is available throughout the four years of engineering graduation, with 50% of the scholarships reserved for girls to promote equal opportunities in technical education. Since its inception, the programme has supported more than 2,300 students from 176 government engineering colleges across 28 states as of 2026. First-year students from Mechanical/Production, Electrical, Electronics/Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, and Computer/Information Technology streams are eligible to apply. Applicants must be aged up to 20 years, with a minimum 60% aggregate in SSC and at least 50% aggregate and 60% in PCM in HSC or equivalent examinations. Annual family income must not exceed Rs 2 lakh.

The last date for applications is October 10, 2026. Applications can be submitted through the Siemens website at www.siemens.co.in/scholarship.
