
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has reaffirmed its dedication to fostering gender diversity and inclusivity in the automotive sector, marking International Women’s Day with a renewed focus on skilling, workplace inclusivity, and leadership opportunities. As part of its long-term vision, TKM aims to achieve 30% female representation by 2030, backed by structured policies and infrastructure enhancements.
In line with the Women’s Day theme #AccelerateAction, TKM organized a special event at its Bidadi facility, gathering over 500 women employees for leadership discussions, panel sessions, and recognition programs. The company’s Women’s Marathon Team also made a strong debut at the Global Toyota Marathon Relay Race 2024, securing 10th place, symbolizing resilience and determination.
